Privacy Policy – iBoost

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and storage of personal information by iBoost (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform,” “we,” or “our”), and describes the scope of data collection and use by the Data Controller:

A legal entity registered in the City of São Paulo – SP, Brazil, with headquarters in the capital of the State of São Paulo.

1. Definitions

1.1 Personal Information / Personal Data: any information that allows the identification of a user, directly or indirectly, whether in isolation or in combination with other data.

1.2 Data Controller: the legal entity responsible for determining the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

1.3 Processor / Third Party: a person or entity processing personal data on behalf of the Controller.

1.4 Services: the activities and resources offered by iBoost, including but not limited to game account assistance, performance improvement services (“game boosting”), customer support, order processing, and any other activities required for the execution of a contract with the user.

2. Acceptance and Scope

2.1 By accessing the Platform and/or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

2.2 This Policy is an integral part of the iBoost Terms of Service and must be interpreted in conjunction with them.

3. Categories of Data Collected

3.1 Data provided directly by the user:

Full name or nickname;
Email address;
Optional information necessary to perform the service, such as game ID, server, faction, character name;
Information submitted in the “Order Details” form;
Payment information necessary for transactions processed through PayPal (we do not store complete credit or debit card details; such information is handled directly by PayPal).

3.2 Data collected automatically:

IP address;
Date and time of access;
Browser and operating system;
Pages visited within the Platform;
Referral source (link, ad, search engine);
Cookies and anonymous identifiers.

3.3 Data generated during interaction:

Order history;
Communication history via email or contact forms;
Technical security logs for fraud prevention.

4. Purpose of Processing

We collect and process personal data for the following purposes:

Executing and managing orders;
Fulfilling contractual and legal obligations;
Ensuring account security and preventing fraud;
Improving user experience and customizing services;
Providing customer support;
Sending notifications regarding service updates, order status, or legal communications.

5. Third Parties Involved in Processing

8.1 We maintain advanced commercial security standards, including:

8.2 Account access is protected by a password. We recommend:

Never sharing your password with third parties;
Logging out after each session, especially on shared devices.

9. International Data Transfers

The external services we use (PayPal, Google Analytics, Facebook) may process data outside Brazil. Where such transfers occur, we will implement contractual and technical safeguards to ensure that your data receives the same level of protection as required by Brazilian and applicable international laws.

10. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
Any material changes will be communicated via email to the address provided by the user, at least seven (7) days before the updated version takes effect.

11. Final Provisions

11.1 This Policy is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
11.2 Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo – SP, Brazil.
