In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be granted for incomplete services, at iBoost’s sole discretion.

Customers must provide correct account credentials when required for boosting.
Customers are responsible for securing their accounts, including enabling two-factor authentication where applicable.
Customers must not log into their account during an ongoing boost unless explicitly agreed with the assigned booster.
Unauthorized logins may disrupt progress and lead to termination of the service without refund.
iBoost takes appropriate security measures to protect customer accounts. However, iBoost is not liable for:
Incorrect information provided by the customer.
Security breaches unrelated to our services.
Penalties imposed by game publishers due to boosting practices.
The Customer acknowledges that boosting carries inherent risks, including but not limited to temporary suspensions or bans by the game publisher.
In all cases, iBoost’s total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
iBoost shall not be held responsible for interruptions caused by:
Game publisher servers or updates
Maintenance periods
Network failures
Force majeure events beyond our control

All communication must remain professional and respectful. Abusive, offensive, or harassing behavior may result in service termination without refund.
